It’s a holiday weekend in the United States (with no deference to our friends north of the border who celebrated Canada Day), so NatCom is going to serve up some thoughts on frequencies to monitor for Fourth of July fireworks displays.

Many of these frequencies most likely will be used in smaller communities rather than big cities or metros, but then again, you just don’t know unless you check it out. We don’t have a lot of possibilities to check out, but if you have these programmed into your handheld scanner when heading out to your local fireworks display, you might be pleased to find some “explosive” communications up close and personal!
