There is only one radio frequency that is reserved nationwide for a sole licensee. No other licensee may use this frequency other than the intended licensee.

This is because of actions taken by Congress and the Federal Communications Commission. It’s hard to believe that this frequency has only one user no matter where you go in the United States or its territories.

It’s a very important frequency to the licensee that uses this channel and for that very reason alone it has federal mandates that keep its frequency reserved for exclusive use. Let’s take a look at this licensee and why they are the only ones allowed to use it.
